Metal Tube Rotameter for Corrosive Liquid
The metal tube rotameter for corrosive liquid features a PTFE (Teflon) lined metal tube that combines rugged construction with excellent chemical resistance. The meter can reliably measure highly corrosive liquids such as caustic soda, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and other aggressive chemicals.
Key Features:
- PTFE Lined Construction – The inner tube is fully lined with Teflon, protecting against corrosive attack from acids, alkalis, and aggressive solvents.
- Rugged and Durable – The metal outer body provides mechanical strength while the PTFE lining handles the chemical exposure.
- Handles Aggressive Chemicals – Works with strong acids, caustic solutions, and other corrosive fluids that damage standard materials.
- Proven Technology – This classic flow meter design has been used successfully in industry for many years.
- Simple and Reliable – Few moving parts mean less maintenance and dependable long-term operation.
- High Pressure Rating – The metal construction allows use at higher pressures than glass tube meters.
- Wide Application Range – Used in chemical processing, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemical industries.
- Easy to Read – Local flow indication allows quick visual monitoring of flow rates.
- Multiple Connection Options – Available with threaded or flanged fittings to match your process requirements.
- Optional Transmitter – Can be equipped with 4-20mA output for remote monitoring and control.
- Temperature Resistant – PTFE lining performs well from -20°C to +150°C.
- Cost Effective – Delivers reliable corrosive liquid measurement at a reasonable price.
