Flange Diaphragm Seal Pressure Transmitter
The diaphragm pressure transmitter features a flange-mounted isolation diaphragm that separates the sensing element from the process medium, protecting the instrument from corrosive, viscous, crystallizing, toxic, or environmentally hazardous fluids.
The flange type diaphragm pressure transmitter is widely used for measuring high-temperature media, fluids that easily solidify or crystallize, media containing suspended solids, highly viscous or corrosive substances, and applications requiring strict hygienic conditions.
Features of Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter-Flange Type
- The isolation diaphragm is available in a variety of materials and has a high level of corrosion resistance
- Easy to clean, hygienic, no dead ends
- The electronic shell is made of aluminum alloy, and the shell protection level is IP65
- On-site display, output 4~20mADC at the same time, can superimpose HART protocol
- Zero and full scale adjustable
- It can be used for a wide range of tested media, including oil, water and paste compatible with 316 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel.
- High accuracy, high stability, imported original sensor, good linearity, high temperature stability.
- The pressure sensor directly senses the pressure of the measured liquid level, and is not affected by the foaming and deposition of the medium.

The Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter is designed for viscous, crystallizing, and particle-laden media. The flange diaphragm directly contacts the process medium, eliminating impulse line clogging and ensuring stable measurement in complex operating conditions. It offers strong resistance to high temperature and pressure.
It is widely used for pressure and level measurement in chemical, petrochemical, and metallurgical reactors and tanks, as well as in food, pharmaceutical, wastewater, and harsh industrial applications, where conventional pressure transmitters are prone to blockage.
